Get an inspection's version
Cheap freshness probe: the inspector PWA's co-inspection fast poll compares this to its cached detail_version and re-fetches the full detail only on drift. INTERIM transport — a poll exists because the CloudSignal broker isolation defect blocks MQTT push for tenant data (deploy/cloudsignal/ai-chat-acl.md); replace with realtime push when that is fixed. Same auth posture as the detail GET so anything that can read the detail can poll its version.
