List my corrective actions
The inspector's corrective actions.
- scope=assignee (default): only actions assigned to the caller (legacy behaviour).
- scope=inspections: EVERY action on an inspection the caller participates in, including those routed to other people — so the field app can show routed actions (view-only) with an assigned-to-me / routed / all filter. Scoping is via the participants join; RLS already lets an internal caller read their org's actions, so no policy change is involved.
This is a WORK QUEUE, so draft actions are excluded under both scopes: a draft is an
inspector's in-progress capture that nobody is meant to act on until the inspection
completes and the promotion trigger activates it. Inspection-scoped readers
(GET /inspections/{id}/corrective-actions, the report payload) still show drafts.
The assignee is resolved through the shared ca_assignee_display() lateral (member or external).
