List synced options
Every SOURCED set's resolved options for the caller's org, snapshot-only.
Powers the inspector's org-level offline cache so sourced (dynamic) select fields render offline, including on offline-created inspections (whose detail starts with empty sourced_options). allow_live=False on purpose: an inspector token cannot read integration_connections, so a live provider resolve would fail; snapshots are kept warm out-of-band (admin pulls / the sync worker). Org-scoped by RLS on response_sets; the response deliberately omits source config / connection ids (only id + options + stale + version).

Organization API key. Send as Authorization: Bearer <key>. Create one in Admin > Settings > API keys.
