List correction revisions
The answers one correction session changed, oldest first.
include_start=true merges the session's Start-section revisions into the same sequence
(answer_source="start", field_id = the Start key). Without it the rows are body-only,
exactly as before, so an existing /v1 caller still gets a uuid field_id in every row.
