List a location's inspections
The site record's inspection history, ranged in the ORG's timezone and keyset-paged.
A dedicated endpoint rather than a filter on the shared GET /inspections, which returns a bare array and is consumed that way by useInspections; a page envelope cannot be bolted onto that response without breaking every existing caller.
