Account
Manage your personal profile, notifications, theme, and security in Auditmark.
Account holds your personal settings. It is separate from Settings, which controls your organization. Open Account from the user menu in the top navigation. The menu shows your name and email, then links into a "Your account" rail with four sections: Profile, Notifications, Appearance, and Security & sessions. From the same menu you reach Settings and Sign out.
Profile
Update the name that identifies you across Auditmark. Edit your first name and last name, then click Save. While the change saves the button reads "Saving…", and a "Saved." note appears once it is done. If the save fails, an inline message tells you. These fields appear in assignments, sign-offs, and conducted-by records.
If your admin has set a position for you, it appears read-only below the name fields as "Position: ... (set by your admin)". To change your position, ask an admin to update it on your team membership (see Team).
Your email is shown in the user menu and is set when your account is created. You cannot change your email or password from this page.
Notifications
Choose what you are notified about. This section lists the events that can notify you, each with its own toggle, plus an email digest schedule.
| Event | Default |
|---|---|
| Inspection assigned to me | On |
| Inspection overdue | On |
| Awaiting my approval | On |
| Corrective action raised | Off |
Below the toggles, the Email digest control sets how often a summary of activity reaches you: Daily, Weekly, or Off.
Appearance
Choose how Auditmark looks for you. This is a personal preference and does not affect other users in your organization.
Three theme options are available as selectable cards:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Light | Always uses the light theme. |
| Dark | Always uses the dark theme. |
| System | Follows your device's system preference. |
The active option shows a check mark. Click another card to switch immediately.
Security & sessions
Review the sign-in protections on your account. Two-factor authentication offers an authenticator app (TOTP) toggle that adds a second step when you sign in. Below it, Active sessions lists the device you are signed in on, with columns for Device, Where, and Last active. The session you are using is marked as this device.
Sign out
Choose Sign out from the user menu to end your session and return to the login screen. Sign out clears your session everywhere you are signed in.
